The supplier was not serious. We exchanged many messages to find a product that met my quality and price needs, reaching an agreement between the parties for the quantity and the price. Since we had agreed on everything, I had the sample produced which I paid a good $160. The sample was produced and shipped, once it arrived I was very happy with the result, which is why I wanted to move on to producing the backpacks in mass as agreed, but the supplier decided to tell me that at the agreed price he could no longer make the backpacks because according to him, the logistics had made a mistake in providing the prices and also in producing the sample. Moral of the story, I spent $160, I did not receive any refund even though they had made a mistake and did not want to fix it. I'm done with this supplier. Not very reliable in communication
